The Importance of Breathing During Exercise

I hear so many of my students telling me that they don’t feel like they are playing at their best. They then begin to ask me questions about their swing or movement, hoping that will make things better. The art of mastering the ‘breathing technique’ as an athlete is the most important piece of the puzzle.
